SMCC's Boxers Breeder  guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our knowledge. We will not refund money or exchange puppy because you have changed your mind for any reason. Puppies my be severely stressed by change in environment. Minor problems such as Diarrhea, Coccidiosis, Wormy Stool, ect. are common and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of the Buyer and should be checked by a veterinarian. This also includes Parvo or Corona virus. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered by any guarantee. SMCC's Boxers (Scott & Michelle) are not responsible for anything that might happen to the puppy after it leaves their property.

We guarantee this puppy is purebred and registrable with AKC (American Kennel Club). The Breeder guarantees that all vaccinations and dewormings have been given as stated on the SMCC's Boxer Puppy health paperwork. The Buyer has been informed of these and of any future vaccinations and deworming due and will agree to have them done on time. This puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours after the sale against highly contagious diseases and guaranteed for 1 year from the whelping date against fatal and life altering congenital diseases with adversely affects the health of the animal.

We expect the Buyer to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery/possession of the puppy. If this puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary congenital defect at this exam, the Breeder must be notified within 24 hours after the exam via phone call. The Breeder will offer a replacement puppy of same quality and price and no money will be refunded, if the Breeder’s veterinarian concurs with the Buyer’s veterinarian findings. The replacement will be subject to availability and agreed upon by both the Breeder and Buyer. This puppy must be returned to the Breeder, along with the AKC Registration Papers and a signed document from the licensed veterinarian stating the defect or problem, within 48 hours of phone call at no expense to the Breeder. The Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred by you, the Buyer.

This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, injuries, fleas, mites, coccidia, giardia, ringworm, kennel cough, hernias, any intestinal worms/parasites internal or external, as they are common in dogs and puppies. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors such as but not limited to: allergies, thyroid dysfunctions, demodectic mange, cancer, tumors, growths, scabies, mite related illness and other autoimmune disorders which are not covered by this guarantee. There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy/dog regardless of show or breeding potentials. This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. The Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper, or Corona Virus or any other contagious disease after 48 hours after leaving SMCC's property/possession, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contacted immediately after leaving the Breeder.

If within the first year of whelping date, a life threatening congenital defect is found by a licensed veterinarian, the Buyer must notify the Breeder, via phone call, or email within 24 hours of the findings. The Breeder will offer a replacement puppy of same quality and price and no money will be refunded, if the Breeder’s veterinarian concurs with the Buyer’s veterinarian findings. The puppy must be returned to the Breeder in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the Buyer along with Registration Papers and Pedigree Papers. A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows: 1. Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within two (2) days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and have one (1) report from an unassociated veterinarian stating the same problem and then if my veterinarian finds the same findings the breeder will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy/dog has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without seller's permission. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents as original puppy. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the Breeder on a replacement puppy. NO refund, in part or in full will be given.  The Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills or any other expenses acquired by the Buyer. The Breeder will not be responsible for illness or any health problems which are diagnosed after this time period of 1 year from whelping date.

The Breeder does not guarantee against conditions that may or may not be stress related from the delivery, shipping or move to a new home. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
